  3. To carry out research-based community service in the field of English language and literature and linguistics to address problems and contribute to Indonesia’s development and welfare

  2. To produce innovative research products in response to market demands, as well as scientific publications with a global reputation in the field of English language and literature.
  3. To give benefit and contribution to the economic development, welfare, and socio-culture of the community in the field of English language and literature.
  4. To realize credible, transparent, accountable, responsible, and fair study program governance.
  5. To establish and implement productive and globally reputable cooperation in the field of language and literature and being beneficial for nation building

Learning Outcomes

  1. Students are able to demonstrate proficiency in the productive, receptive, and linguistic components of English marked by achievement equivalent to a minimum of CEFR level B1.
  2. Students are able to apply theories and concepts of language and literature and professionally provide English language services for special purposes in various fields of work.
  3. Students are able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of developing or implementing science and technology that takes into account humanities values related to language (Linguistics) and literature.
  4. Students are able to master the concepts of linguistic and literary studies that are in accordance with scientific demands, professionalism, and the demands of society.
  5. Students are able to demonstrate an independent attitude and leadership that upholds human values based on religion, morals, ethics, norms, and culture.
  6. Students are able to embrace the spirit of independence, perseverance, and entrepreneurship and autonomously exhibit an attitude of responsibility for their area of competence.
