Leaders and Staffs of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Padang State University took part in Achievement Motivation Training which was held for 3 days, Friday to Sunday (15-17) at Payakumbuh.
On that occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Padang State University, Prof. Dr. Ermanto, S.Pd., M.Hum. in his speech when opening the Achievement Motivation Training activity said that this activity is routinely carried out is very important as appreciated by the monitoring and evaluation team of the Integrity Zone Program at the Faculty of Languages and Arts.
Prof. Dr. Ermanto, S.Pd., M.Hum. said that the Achievement Motivation Training activities were expected to have an impact on quality social interactions among members at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Padang State University.
“The leaders of the Faculty of Languages and Arts hope that the presence of staffs in the Achievement Motivation Training can improve participants’ communication skills,” said Prof. Dr. Ermanto, S.Pd., M.Hum.
The first speaker, Mrs. Nina Muzbar, in her material on the topic “Great Communication Skills” said that quality communication is very important and necessary to influence people for their interests and desired goals.
“Communication is used to create mutual understanding and understand each other with feelings that are shared and with feelings that will touch the heart,” added Nina Muzbar.
Nina also said several things that really determine the success of communication are words, vocals or sounds, and body language. “Pauses, articulation, emphasis, smiles, enthusiasm also need to be trained and applied in communication,” added Nina.
Nina Muzbar is a model and capital model in the 1990s and 2000s from Ranah Minang who still exists today. He is still involved in the world of entertainment, which is not far from her activities so far.
