The Krida 2024 event, participated in by students from the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS) of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), was officially opened by the Dean on Sunday, September 22. The event took place at Medan Nan Balinduang, FBS UNP Campus, Air Tawar, Padang.
The 2024 Krida Mahasiswa FBS, themed “New Journey, New Spirit,” involved first-year students from 11 undergraduate programs across 5 departments. It was attended by the Dean, Vice Dean, Department Heads, Program Coordinators, Student Organization Advisors, Organization Committee Members, and Educational Staff.
In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Prof. Dr. Ermanto, S.Pd., M.Hum., emphasized the importance of this annual Krida event for all students to develop their talents and interests in languages, arts, and digital technology. He added, “New students need to showcase their talents and strengths, aiming to achieve as students of FBS UNP in various competitions at the university, regional, and even national levels.” ( HY)
