Five English Literature students from Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) participated in the Career and Entrepreneurship Development Socialization and Business Plan Workshop organized by UPT PKK UNP on February 21, 2025, at the Faculty of Social Sciences Auditorium.
The event, opened by Dr. Refnaldi, M.Litt, Vice-Rector for Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni, aimed to equip students with career planning and entrepreneurial skills. Dr. Efni Cerya, S.Pd., M.Pd.E, Head of UPT PKK, highlighted the importance of this initiative in preparing students for the workforce and business opportunities.
During the Business Plan Workshop, students learned about business planning, market research, and entrepreneurship strategies, preparing them for competitions such as PMW, P2MW, KBMI, and KBMK. Representing English Literature, Ahmad Eka Putra Guci Tanjung, Adrian Rama Putra, Aldi Ranto, Veloni Agustin, and Ut Rajwa Dina Mutia actively participated, gaining valuable insights for their future careers.
This event reinforces UNP’s commitment to developing graduates who are ready for both professional careers and entrepreneurship. (HY)
