Two English Literature students, Ika Ceicilia Novitasari Dewi and Rafid Sati Nalemera, proudly represented the Foreign Language Activities Unit (UKBA) of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) at the Intermediate Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TM). The event took place at the UNP Painan campus from December 5-8, 2024.
Ika and Rafid joined 50 other participants from various faculties and organizations at UNP. The training focused on enhancing leadership, organizational management, and strategic planning skills, which are essential for student leaders in managing activities and fostering collaboration within campus organizations.
This participation not only reflects their commitment to personal growth but also highlights the active involvement of English Literature students in organizational and leadership development programs. “We hope to bring back valuable skills and insights to contribute to UKBA and the wider university community,” said Ika.
LKMM-TM serves as a platform to prepare future leaders by equipping them with practical knowledge and tools to face challenges in academic and extracurricular settings. (hY)
