Leni Marlina, S.S., M.A., a lecturer in the English Literature program, is participating in a Translation Training course using the textbook “Dasar-Dasar Penerjemahan Umum” organized by the International Language Institute of UI Depok, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. This training is conducted online.
The training is divided into three packages: Basic, Advanced A, and Advanced B. The Basic package covers the fundamentals of translation and runs from July 22-26, 2024. Advanced A includes practical translation exercises for recipes, manuals, abstracts, and questionnaires, taking place from July 29 to August 1, 2024. Advanced B involves practical translation exercises for letters, brochures, comics, and songs, scheduled from August 5-8, 2024.
This comprehensive training program aims to enhance the translation skills of participants through hands-on practice and expert guidance. (HY)
